The fact of the matter is working as part of a geographically dispersed team isn’t easy. Working in a self directed way when we all seem to be lacking direction is even harder.
I’ve noticed recently that even outside of work my motivation and desire to generally get on with things is suffering.
So, tonight I’m working on a list of things to do this week in the hope that at the end of it I will have some idea of how much I’ve done and if any progress in any direction has been made …
